This Privacy Policy explains how Tien Platform collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the public website, account system, script platform, data tools, status pages, and connected Discord bot services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on which features you use, we may collect and store the following categories of information:

  • Account data: provider-linked identifiers from Discord, Google, or Gmail sign-in, plus display name, avatar, and verified primary email.
  • Security data: password hashes, one-time verification challenges, two-factor authentication settings, session records, IP-based abuse controls, and audit logs for sensitive actions.
  • User content: scripts, script banners, uploaded files, saved data items, public item metadata, notifications, broadcast content, and public chat messages you submit through the platform.
  • Discord bot and server data: guild IDs, channel and role references, moderation configuration, automod configuration, and operational data needed to deliver server-side bot features.
  • Technical data: timestamps, request metadata, and service diagnostics used to keep the platform stable and secure.

2. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • To power script publishing, moderation, ratings, data storage, and notifications.
  • To operate the Discord bot, including verification, role flows, moderation, and automod-related features.
  • To detect abuse, investigate incidents, enforce rules, and protect the service.

3. Legal Basis and Sharing

We process data to provide the services you request, secure the platform, comply with applicable rules, and protect our users and infrastructure. We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers or platforms that are necessary to run the service, such as Discord, Google sign-in providers, hosting, storage, and email delivery providers.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the platform, maintain security, investigate abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods depending on account activity, moderation history, or storage needs.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, including hashed passwords, account verification flows, two-factor authentication support, logging for sensitive actions, and abuse controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your own credentials and devices.

6. Your Choices

  • You may choose whether to use public browse-only features or authenticated account features.
  • You may update display name, avatar, linked providers, password, email, and two-factor settings from the account settings page.
  • You may request account-related support or data-related help through the platform support contact points.

7. Children and Sensitive Data

The service is not intended for unlawful use or for submitting sensitive personal information unrelated to the platform. Do not upload data you do not have the right to share.
