Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Tien Platform, including the public website, authenticated account features, script hub, data tools, status pages, and related Discord bot services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must use the platform in compliance with applicable law, Discord platform rules, and any third-party service rules connected to your use of the site or bot.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may not share credentials, attempt to bypass security, or use another person’s account without authorization.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, spam, malicious automation, or platform misuse.

3. User Content and Scripts

  • You are responsible for any scripts, files, data, text, or other content you upload or submit.
  • You must have the right to upload or publish that content.
  • You may not use the service to distribute unlawful, malicious, infringing, or abusive material.
  • Public content may be moderated, rejected, unpublished, or removed if it violates platform rules or creates operational or safety risk.

4. Discord Bot Use

The Discord bot features are provided for server administration, updates, support flows, moderation-related tooling, and related community operations. You are responsible for how you configure and use the bot in your server, including any server-level permissions you grant.

5. Enforcement

We may monitor abuse signals, apply moderation, block harmful activity, remove violating content, or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, other users, or connected communities.

6. Availability and Changes

The service may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms when features, legal requirements, or platform behavior change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
